Job Position: Program Coordinator, Video Productions and Training
Location: Ahmedabad with travel to other project locations
Qualification: Masters in mass communication/ development communication/ other related streams + 2 to 5 years experience in documentary film making, training in community media Reporting to: Additional Director
Job Responsibilities: The program coordinator works in coordinating our films project and training projects with our partners. She/ he also work as a production incharge/ Asst Director for the films projects and as a trainer/ Asst trainer for the training projects. In addition to this, she/he is expected to work with the team to create training/ impact videos and support our outreach and networking efforts. The job description in detail is as follows: -
Film Productions:
o Direct/ Assist documentary film projects
o Coordinate shoot dates, equipment vendors, crew members involvement and logistics
o Work with the crew on scripts, shoot and edit
o Coordinate with partners on feedback and make changes accordingly
Community Trainings on video
o Create Training designs
o Organise logistics of trainings and handholding visits with partner
o Co-facilitate trainings o Conduct Visits for handholding
o Coordinate with partners regarding dissemination strategy, research on the initiative
o Document training and handholding processes
Support in Networking and Outreach
o Make videos and posts on processes and impacts for social media o Attend conferences/ meetings
Salary: INR 30,000+ (depending on qualification and experience)
